Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer Kerby Lecka has over 25 years of marketing experience from specialized niche products, healthcare, consumer and high-tech to packaged goods…most notably Packard Bell and Mattel. He ensures that every marketing message is grounded in well-planned strategies derived from a complete knowledge of the target audience as well as the market. With a degree in Radio-TV-Film from Cal State Northridge’s respected School of Communications, Kerby provides brand management, corporate image and product positioning skills to every client marketing assignment. The last 10 years he has applied his expertise to sustainable business development to improve the brand and profits of growing companies transitioning to sustainable business practices, including organics material management companies like Agromin and grower/food processors like Gills Onions.

Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Joe Cibere has successfully translated marketing strategies into creative executions for over 35 years as an illustrator, photographer, designer and creative director on national accounts such as Carnation, Chrysler, Honda, and Sunkist. During the last 10 years he has focused on information graphics design to visually distill concepts and complex relationships into easy-to understand imagery – to communicate sustainable processes and strategies simply and to enhance company brands. He has also applied his talents to new media and web design so that WMW provides multi-discipline implementation to its clients. Joe also finds time to teach Watercolor Technique and Design at the California Art Institute.
