Brand Development / Launch - PowerMix with ProPower (Agromin Premium Soil Products)

Goal: Create and launch a new consumer brand of premium Bagged Soil Products and “grow your own” Garden Kits for Agromin.

Strategy: Identify consumer needs, conduct competitive analysis, create Brand identity, position soil products as "premium quality at a competitive price", and prepare packaging to attract attention and awareness at retail...while remaining consistent with established Agromin parent brand.

Result: Increased Sales Revenue by 20% in 2005 versus previous year.
